Hi! I'm Angela Cormier, your coach. I am a Master's educated, Certified Personal Trainer with a California Teaching Credential, and I am on a mission to make our world healthier. After working in the fitness industry for over 15 years with thousands of individuals (mostly women and children), I have discovered the absolute essentials when it comes to an individual reaching their health and fitness goals, and actually maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the long-run. As a result, I have created my one-of-a-kind fitness transformation program for women. My ultimate goal is to empower women across the globe to live their best life, filled with great health, energy, strength, and total confidence, by using effective & sustainable lifestyle interventions. I believe that holistic fitness (mindset, habits, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle) has the power to completely transform lives. Eating the foods you WANT to eat
There is a HUGE misconception that you have to give up major food groups or your favorite foods in order to see success, and this is simply not the case. When it comes to long term health, the most ESSENTIAL factor is having healthy eating behaviors and learning to listen to your natural body cues while understanding what your body needs to thrive. You can eat the foods you enjoy as long as you are eating balanced meals and listening to your body. While healthy options are still essential, learning to enjoy all foods without guilt and within reason will potentially help you be MORE successful in your fitness transformation, as opposed to being overwhelmingly strict with your diet.
Exercising in a SCIENCE-BASED and SUSTAINABLE way
Doing random workouts isn't going to get you to your goals as efficiently as a structured plan. Following a science-based exercise program that is progressive, realistic, and uncomplicated is going to transform your progress. Having a workout plan that can be done consistently, over a long period of time without burnout, injury, or being downright impossible to stick because well, you have a life, is SO important for lifelong success. Continuing to progress in your workouts is KEY for continued growth, and that's exactly what this program does by focusing on strength training.
Continuing to enjoy your social life
Giving up the things you love to get results is a recipe for disaster, whether this is food you love, hobbies you enjoy, or time spent with loved ones. If you are completely sacrificing your social life or feel like you have to isolate yourself to be successful, please understand this is absolutely NOT the case. In fact, giving up your social life is unsustainable and will lead to rapid weight gain as soon as your "program" is over. In this program, you will learn how to reach your goals and establish a healthy fitness foundation while traveling, going out, and having fun.
Developing total body confidence (regardless of what the scale says)
Most often, we start our fitness journey because we are feeling down on ourselves, struggling with our physical AND mental health, struggling in our confidence, and struggling with our self-love. Angela's Science-Based Workout Program- Phase 2: Building Strength
You will be given Angela's 16-week workout plan that will take you from beginner fitness levels to advanced fitness levels, ready for the more dynamic and sports performance-style training of Phase 3 upon completion. Each week includes four, 45-minute workouts (including warm-up, and cool-down) with an emphasis on strength building. This program provides consistency for growth, flexibility for schedule changes and personal preferences, and the wiggle room needed for varying fitness levels. Every workout provides all the information you need to complete each workout independently, from reps, to time, to demo videos, and more.
Intuitive Eating Education and Support + Access to 1000s of Recipes
You will be provided with education and support on how to wean off meal planning and calorie counting and successfully transition to a life of true intuitive eating. While strict meal planning with food weighing and item counting is now unnecessary, having a general idea of what your meals will look like for the week is still important for making healthy choices. Therefore, thousands of healthy recipes are available for guidance on what meals should look like for lifelong health and wellness.
EIGHT Different Digital and Printable Recipe Books (same as Phase 1)
You will be receiving EIGHTDIFFERENT digital recipe books filled with meals I personally love and meals that my past clients have loved! Fitness TCW recipe books include: Low Calorie (the original), Vegetarian, Vegan, High Protein, Low Carb, 5-Ingredient, Gluten Free, AND Smoothie. Each recipe is filled with whole foods, emphasizing superfoods, and provide sample meal plans to use as a guide or idea generator. Use these recipes in addition to the thousands of other recipes you have access to in the program to create your favorite food lifestyle EVER.
1-on-1 Virtual Coaching with Private, Two-Way Messaging Access
You have direct access to communicate with me on a continuous basis through the private, online messaging system in your client profile. Send questions, comments, wins, struggles... send form videos, food pictures, and any other important information straight to me in the quickest way possible. In addition to this, you get a motivational message every single morning to help jumpstart your day with the right mindset. You also have the option to add-on a live, private 1:1 coaching call if you feel this is something you need, but it is not required.
Weekly Goal Setting, Accountability, and Reflection
Ranging from daily habit tracking, to workout check-ins, to weekly progress tracking for accountability, to goal-setting and weekly self-reflections... Accountability is one of the main reasons an individual seeks expert help on their fitness journey. With Fitness The Cormier Way, you have that personal coach following alongside you every step of the way, observing if you complete your workouts, hit your nutrition goals, check in your habits, etc.

Start every new week with mindset coaching content to help get you in the right headspace, a headspace of self-appreciation, inner strength, and confidence regarding your unique path. Mindset work is critical to overcome inevitable obstacles, stay on track, and remind yourself that you are beautiful, you are strong, and you CAN DO THIS (and that you want to do this!)
Healthy Habits Coaching Content + Implementation Activities
Our habits make up our identity. Our habits are more powerful than determination or willpower. The KEY to long-term success and keeping the results you achieve comes down to behavior change and rewiring your subconscious brain. Because of the critical nature of habits for long-term success, you will receive continuous habit coaching, engage in daily habit tracking, and complete activities to implement (or continue) healthy habits into your daily life.
Digital and Printable Fitness Journal/Workbook: Intuitive Living & Strength
125+ Page digital fitness journal/workbook that you can type directly into on your computer or mobile device, or print for that pen to paper experience. This workbook is loaded with inspirational content, weekly summaries and check-ins, mindset and habit activities, meal planning documents, quick links, access to other material, and more. All of this will be provided digitally in your personal client profile, but if you want to have your own, separate journal to keep for yourself, this is it!
Exercise & Nutrition Education Videos
Knowledge is power. But, with so much misinformation out there as to what to eat and how to exercise, it can be extremely confusing, and make you want to simply give up. The educational content provided in this program is time-tested and science + evidence-based, bringing you back to the basics. The content in Phase 2 dives deeper into nutrition science so you can really understand what food is and how it works in our bodies. This knowledge will motivate you to want to make the healthiest choices naturally, because you will understand what is happening inside. It will also touch on the basics of strength training - how and why your sets, reps, and rest times matter. Develop the confidence needed to make educated decisions when it comes to your body and your health.
The Private, Fitness TCW Participants Group
This online community of women is only accessible to program participants. This private group can be very valuable in connecting with other women going through the same journey you are going through. You can share wins, struggles, questions, concerns, and support each other along the way.
